My 2004 Toyota Corolla,, now driven by my grandson, conked out Fri night in downtown Knoxville. He managed to reach a parking garage and pull in off the street; the only open space was on level 4. Now it’s stranded where a tow truck has no access through a 6’10” high entrance. AAA dispatches Davis Towing, whose ETA is @ 1 hr. Dylan shows up in less than half that time, and when I tell him what I think the problem is regarding access, he says, “No problem.” We walk upstairs and Dylan backs the car out of the slot, and proceeds to manually push the car down 3 ramp levels to the exit and out to the street, where he hooks it up to the winch and hauls it aboard. His demeanor the whole time was professional, courteous, positive, and reassuring. He is a genuine asset to a service company like yours because he appears to understand how to interact with people who might not be feeling at their best - Marion B

I just wanted to say that Jonathan at Fountain city wrecker made a unfortunate situation better!Jonathan was at my location in 15 mins during the 5pm rush hour. He was quick and made the job look effortless!

Called King’s Towing & they had JB come out to pick up my work truck that had a flat tire. He was there in under 15 minutes from when I called - super professional and nice guy. He gave a great recommendation for a tire place to get me back on the road.

Very reasonably priced, quick to arrive and the driver was extremely courteous, worked very quickly & also very skilled getting my truck to the top of a steep driveway, Definitely recommend them.

Excellent, professional service. Called for a quote at 8am. Brandon arrived within 15min. He went above and beyond to tow a car from a storage unit to our home. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.
