Orchard Village Apartments

I came at 515pm and Rafael was outside watering the grass. I asked if I could take a tour and due to my work schedule I couldnt make it prior to 5pm and 5pm is when the tours stopped. But once I explained my situation Rafael took me to view an apartment. Gave me time to really take in the apartment and explain everything to me. Sometimes we just need an ear or some empathy and Rafael exudes kindness and professionalism.

Wonderful place to live! Great office staff, maintenance is always on time and efficient, unit is quiet and located in a great area on the property. Absolutely love it here!!

Everything was great from start to finish I was satisfied with the work that was done. My tub handle broke off and there was a new one was put on.
