3 Best Car Dealerships in Aurora, IL

I have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years. This was by far the best purchase experience I've ever had. My salesman Jordan was awesome. He was really knowledgeable on a car that no one knows about. He answered all my questions and was super helpful. The dealership made the entire process so simple. I was an out of state buyer who was flying in. We made the deal a few days beforehand and Jordan picked me up from the airport (talk about customer service). From walking into the dealership to leaving on my way back home the entire process took 35 minutes I was shocked. I made it home in time for dinner. The car was immaculate and everyone was pleasant to work with. 10/10

Alejandro went above and beyond for us, he spent all day working to get us a deal to ensure we brought home the car of our dreams. I am adding on to this experience. The management, finance team, and Alejandro were top of the line in terms of service. They were patient with us, understood when we wanted to check out other options outside the dealer, and then worked with us when we came back and eventually purchased our new family car. If you shop here, ask for Alejandro! Best dealer I have personally dealt with throughout all experiences!

If I could give 10 stars I would, Finance Director Debrah Campbell and General Manager Al Abbas were great, they were able to get me financing through Hyundai Motor Finance, I would definitely recommend them if your in the market for a new or used vehicle! And I can’t leave out my sales guy Jason, he was awesome as well! I’ll definitely be back!

Brought in my 21 Ram to have trailer brake control programmed. Had the honor of dealing with Justin. Came in a few hours before my actual appointment. He was able to get me right away and was also able to take care of a recall at the same time. Had me in and out in about a hour. Needless to say Justin and his team did amazing job!!!! He has definitely earned my business and will be back to deal with him in the future. Thank you Justin for the quick, courteous and professional work!!

I highly recommend RiverFront and especially their new Ram Center which focuses on Ram vehicles. This is the second car I have bought here, and both experience have been great. Steve Adams was my sales rep, and I would highly encourage you to request him. He has been selling trucks for 40 years (the cost he told me the year that he started was $6995!) He was knowledgeable, fair, and very friendly. I looked at another vehicle at a different dealer a few days before and their opening offer was almost $8k more than the last offer they made before I got frustrated and left. Steve's opening offer was (obviously) very favorable to the dealer but no insulting or predatory. He told me that the owners really value treating people fairly. They have to make profit, but that fact was clear to me. If I had a complaint it would be that they are no better than anyone else in terms of time. I was the only customer in the showroom that morning, and it was 4.5 hours start to finish which is maddening. But I really had wonderful conversation with Steve the entire time. Please give him a call about your Ram needs and wishes.
