Awesome Experience all the way around! To going into your store and having Allan help us, although I already investigated the Brookdale Double Power Recliner online and wanted to see it in person. He also showed me other recliners but I loved the Brookdale...... applying for credit very easy. The GM was cool and another Sales Manager came by to chat.....I use to work at Art Van Furniture so I know how Furniture Sales Goes... Leo in Truck 11 was Great! Very careful delivering a white piece of furniture and it had rained! Very attentive and both great attitudes! So far love my Recliner....but I did buy the warranty..... hopefully won't have to use it Wonderful Furniture Shopping Experience throughout Thank You.

We had the pleasure of working with Tanya, she was so thorough and really took the time to go over all of our options and get us the couch we wanted at a reasonable price. 5 Stars! Above and Beyond Service at The RoomPlace I can't recommend The RoomPlace enough! The customer service from our salesperson Kifah Alaharifi was truly outstanding. The additional support from the General Manager, Amer, was wonderful. We were shopping for a mattress with adjustable frame which can be an overwhelming experience. Our salesperson Kifah was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about so many things. He taught us what we should be paying attention to when considering a new mattress such as correct body posture and proper alignment of the spine. Things we would have never thought of! He was proactive in listening to our needs and working to ensure we had all the information and more. He never pressured us into making a quick, on the spot decision as several other places had done. In fact, he encouraged us to take some time to make our decision. Kifah had our trust from the start, so we purchased the mattress, mattress pad, and adjustable frame. We were super impressed with the initial experience Kifah provided, but what really blew us away was how they handled a delay in the delivery. Kifah personally contacted us along the way to explain what was going on and even got his General Manager, Amir, involved. Both gentleman were truly professional, helpful, and friendly. This kind of service is rare these days. We will definitely be back as loyal customers.

I had a fantastic easy going experience. Went in to look and take measurment for furniture. Was pleasently greeted by Eman. She was there when we had questions and was attentive to our wants and needs. Knowledgeable of the product and was a NO pressure sales person. We came back the next day to purchase furniture and Eman remembered my name. Had she been pushy the previous day I never would have come back. Eman and her associates Kifah and Emir, the store manager were all super nice and welcoming.

We had a great experience shopping for a new couch at this Aurora/Naperville IL location. Karla was our salesperson and very responsive once we decided to purchase a few days later and worked with her and John over the phone. Thank you and we love the furniture.
