We have just moved into our DJK home and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and style of our house. Building a custom home can be daunting but the process was well defined. Dan listened to us to make all the adjustments/additions that we needed to make it perfect. We loved working with Halina Mark (Refined Design) whose design sense is impeccable. She guided us as we made our choices, insuring it was our vision but fit the style of the home. Jack Daniels was a pleasure to work with as our project manager. His communication skills were great, keeping us informed of the progress and milestones of the build. Everyone was very quick to respond to any concerns we may have had. We now have the home of our dreams.

DJK has an excellent team of home building professionals for those who want to build a custom home. From the initial sales contact with Shannon, the custom design detail with Dan, development, specification and selections with Annie, Halina and Cassey you get a beautiful plan for your home. During construction Kevin and Jack are excellent at not only producing a top quality home but communicating with the buyer at all steps in the construction. Job site meetings to review the construction plan and schedule make the building process go smoothly. Behind the scenes Aleks and Al keep the accounting and procurement processes timely to support the build and recordkeeping. We are extremely happy to have had DJK build our new home and highly recommend their services.

Paige, Austin, Brian and the Overstreet team did an outstanding job on our new custom build in the beautiful Highland Woods community in Elgin, IL. Their wily veteran salesman Jim Janik was awesome at the start of the process as well. They kept my wife and I abreast of what was going on with our 'forever home' every step along the way. After taking possession of the house their Buildertrend portal make it easy to keep in touch with any warranty issues we have found during our first year in the house.
