I loved my experience with this location because of a man named Chris. He usually works in the Montgomery location on Orchard Road. He gave me the best try before you buy experience. He helped me feel comfortable with my purchase and the longevity of it. He is very genuine and kind. I would love to work with Chris again in the future. He is the best salesman I have ever encountered in my life and I’ve met many. I really appreciate his patience with my significant other and I. I will be recommending both locations because of him.

I brought my mom into Mattress Firm to help her select a new mattress. Amar was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us narrow down what she liked best. We had a slight issue with the adjustable base upon delivery, but it was immediately addressed and quickly resolved. Outstanding customer service.

Very knowledgeable Sales Associate. He knows the products inside & out. Pleasant, easy to understand, courteous and respectful. Wonderful experience.

We shopped at the Tempur-Pedic store in Aurora, Illinois. It was a very pleasant experience. The store was very clean and it was easy to see all the different models available. The staff there, Chris and Taurese, were friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions and explain the differences between the various options. They also helped us to take advantage of some special offers that were available. I would recommend going to the Tempur-Pedic store over another retailer as they have all the options available to view right there in the store.

Highly recommend this store. The store associate Taurese was so patient and helpful with my wife and I when we were shopping for a new mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When it came time to purchase he made sure we understood how the delivery process would work and stayed in touch until delivery was complete. I really can’t say enough about what a great experience it was.

Definitely would tell my family and friends about this Tempur-Pedic Flagship store ! Knowledgeable, Pleasant store associates! Very helpful not pushy! Bought our King mattress and sheets there. Delivery free and great.

Sheryl is the absolute best. She knows her stuff! She walked us through everything we needed to know and made sure we understood everything. Gave us some options, never pushed anything on my girlfriend and I. Made us feel very welcomed and very comfortable. Took her time with us, making sure we both got what we were looking for. Even if its just great sales it was a great experience. Which is why we made the purchase. We are very happy with our decision. Thank you Sheryl.

Sharyl and Howard were amazing! Very knowledgeable, patient in answering all our questions, and very good at their jobs. Sharyl spent the most time with us and although there were multiple people in the store shopping, she was good at making sure noone was neglected. If you're in the market for a bed, I highly recommend.

Sheryl was AMAZING! We went into the store unsure if we'd purchase a sleep number but after discussing with her for about an hour we were convinced we needed it. She made the decision easy for us and the whole process stress free.
