So far so good. Install went smoothly, no issues. I love my new windows! This is my first time purchasing new windows. It's not an easy task. I didn't realize free estimates require a long meeting. I didn't love that part. Plus you want to get a few quotes to make sure you are making the right choice. I decided on IL Energy Windows because of the solid Warranty they offer and quality of the windows. Price wise, I was comfortable paying higher based on this, plus since this is such a big purchase, I wanted to make sure I am getting a good product. I want these windows to last! The install was quick and the guys cleaned up everything. The guys installing were very knowledgeable and hard working.

We recently received five quotes to have our (12) windows, sliding patio door, and picture window replaced. Our job was a little unusual because rather that just replacing the 118” picture window, we wanted a custom-built “box bay" window. Four of the five companies were unable to produce a custom window of that size, and we were even told that style was “outdate, and wouldn’t help resale value”. James actually listened to both my wife and I, addressed both of us and our concerns, unlike other window company representatives. The price was great for what we were asking for and we booked it. Although there was some delay (I attribute to the custom window) the end result was perfect; just how we pictured it. James and his entire team have been nothing short of phenomenal. My wife and I were admittedly in a bit of a panic from another company’s assessment of our windows. James came in and gave us the honest truth but also went out of his way to explain the diagnosis, not just to give an estimate. He was personable, honest and extremely communicative throughout the process. He even had them installed earlier than he had promised. We will absolutely be utilizing Supreme again and would encourage anyone who is looking for reasonable prices, quality work and people you can trust, to do the same.
