After looking up several blind options I contacted Budget Blinds in Naperville. I quickly received an email reply and related what I was looking for. We have six windows that need shades or blinds. Kate Contacted me and we set up an appointment for her to come out and give a free estimate. She was awesome! She worked around my busy schedule and when she arrived at our home she took measurements and showed me different options that we could go with. I chose wood blinds and my wife and I could not be happier with the result. Approximately three weeks after ordering a gentleman came to the house and installed them. There was continued communication throughout the entire process, along with setting up a time and date that fit our schedule for Install. They look great. I would definitely recommend Budget Blinds.

So very helpful from the first visit with Leslie. Then the scheduling went smoothly with Julia and Gary installed the shutters. No mess , very clean and respectful. So glad I ordered them. I am now ordering shutters for my family room.

The experience was flawless from setting up a consult to install and delivery. All staff were polite professional kind and on time. The blinds are beautiful. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Stoneside Blinds. The team was professional, and the entire process—from selection to installation—was smooth and efficient. Al, the installer, did a fantastic job. He was punctual, courteous, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. He even let me know that I could reach out if anything didn’t look right or needed adjustment, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with the result. Highly recommend.

Ryan (installer) and Antwan (designer) were both great - both were very easy to work with, offered strong workmanship and advice and were able to get a very challenging project (6 large bay / loft windows that ran 4’x6’) situated with some great coverings. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with the communication and overall service. Al was the installer I had and he was quick, polite, and included me in the process to make sure I was satisfied with the end product. I will definitely reach out again if needing new shades or blinds.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Kurt Ogden and Ogden Blinds. I was quoted a price for repairing 3 window blinds. I thought his price was reasonable and agreed to it. I received a call from Kurt to tell that the scope of work was not as extensive as he estimated. He ended up charging me about 1/3 of the estimated price. It is a blessing to be treated with integrity and honesty. Kurt could have easily taken advantage of me. If he said nothing, did the work needed, but not the estimated amount, there is no way I would have known. To find a business owner that is guided by his integrity is rare today. Based on my experience, Kurt Ogden runs his business based on integrity and honesty. I highly recommend Ogden Blinds to you for repairs of existing blinds and sales of new items as well.

Fantastic work! Kurt was fabulous in helping out my mother with her new blinds. He was extremely helpful and polite. The installer, Martin, came and also did a spectacular job. He deserves a raise! So courteous with my mother and made sure she was very happy with her new blinds. Really appreciated both of them. Don’t look anywhere else to get your new blinds.

Kurt was great to work with! I recently bought a new home and it came with electric blinds. Had some issues with one of them and Kurt and his team were able to fix it within a day! Very fair pricing and great turnaround.
