The 401 Lofts

Moved in here almost two months ago and I just have to say that I definitely made the right decision! From the furnished couches, bar chairs, and bedding you can’t beat it! Staff is amazing whenever I have to go into the office, views from the rooms are great, and the pool and gym are just the icing on the cake. At night there isn’t really much noise coming from different rooms so you definitely can always get that good night sleep! Area is top notch perfect and a lot of restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Looking for a place around the downtown Akron area, 401 is definitely the right choice!

I currently live at 401 Lofts and have no complaints. Maintenance is very quick(both times they arrived 2-3 hours after I made the request) and personable. The amenities are by far the best of any apartment I've stayed at. The 24/7 coffee machine has already saved me so much money! The location is also a plus, as I can walk to class or any place downtown. Additionally, the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I am already looking forward to living here next year and highly recommend living here!

Coming up on a year living here. Apartments are furnished with up to date appliances. In suite laundry was a huge selling point for me. Pool, gym, community lounge area and computer lab are great additions that I take advantage of regularly.
