The Pointe at Cedar Rapids

The office people are very nice and extremely helpful. I can say the same for the maintenance people that I have met - always nice and wave when they see me out on the property. I don't know how they all keep so organized with such a large property but they do. I refer people here all the time and for good reason. They are one of the few properties that offer short term leasing options and if you need a furnished apartment they will refer you to the right people. I love this property and the indoor pool - YEP! If your thinking of living here - do it - you will be happy.

Love the area, love my neighbors , thick walls in the townhouses, they always come right away when something is wrong, they are not always bothering you like some companies do ! cats & dogs are accepted ! Love the staff always nice , love love love !

In the two years we lived there we never had an issue with staff or neighbors. All very kind and a good community inside the complex.
