Walked in this morning looking for assistance with a dryer repair. The owner was very responsive to my concerns. After consulting with him for my specific dryer issues. Dryer had power and heat but would not tumble. He guided me to the appropriate parts I would need for the repair and explained the whole process thoroughly! I recommend B&W appliance repair for everyone and anyone looking for sales, service or help with a DIY project. I can’t thank them enough!!! Definitely give them a call if you need any sort of appliance repair or service. They are very professional and helpful.

Very helpful, I needed a part and they went above and beyond! While browsing I noticed the appliances were a good quality for a fair price. Definitly recommend coming here for your appliance needs! Service and assistance like this is old school, and hard to find. I feel good spending money locally where I know its appreciated and can trust the quality.

B & W was very helpful in troubleshooting my dryer repair. They suggested how I could repair it myself, if I wanted to try (but I wasn't that daring). They were professional, honest, and I highly recommend them.

Carlos was totally nice and so honest. Fixed my dryer in few minutes. Totally recommend him .10 stars at least for this repair man. So happy to finally have a repairman who knows what he is doing. ALSO so very reasonable.

Carlos was amazing! He came out and serviced my washer within 24 hours of me reaching out. He was prompt and very professional. Very polite! He got the job done in less than 20 mins! I would recommend him to anyone.
