Mike really (and I can’t emphasize that enough) knows his trade! Not only did he efficiently and quickly do the job, but he explained in more detail than expected, exactly what he had to do. And, his focus was on safety! But he also stressed the basic maintenance tips to extend the life and proper function of the product, in order to protect our ‘investment’.
