Woke up to a freezing house on the coldest day of the winter, called O’Donnell Heating at 8am and they had someone out to us within the hour. They check our furnace out determined we needed a new furnace and showed us why. Gave us options and advice on best unit to install and even has options for financing. Then the guys that came to install were professional, nice and worked fast and efficiently. They explained everything to us and finished within 3 hours. Heat back on within a total of 5 hours and they even moved a bigger job to get my family heat (3 children at home). Best part was the owner called us and told us they would gave me the higher end/energy efficient furnace at the same price as the lower level/energy efficient furnace. You have a heating or cooling problem in WNY, call O’Donnell Heating and Cooling if you want your moneys worth.

O'Donnell really saved the day for me (and saved my bank account)!! My furnace quit, and because a sticker was on the furnace I had, I called a different company in the WNY area who tried to charge me an exorbitant amount. I called O'Donnell while the other guy was at my house, and they gave me a WAY better price and were here within hours. Nick, Dean, and one of the other O'Donnell employees were fantastic- very efficient, very friendly, and very knowledgable. Two hours later, my new furnace was in and I was very impressed. I have already recommended them to my family and friends! Will definitely be a return customer.

Dawn and Tim were very polite and professional. My heat went out Tim came right over diagnosed the problem and everything was installed by the next day . The two installers were also very professional and courteous. They installed the new furnace in a few hours. Did a great job. I would recommend ODonnell I’ll be using them again for other projects.

Robert came to my apartment building on February 28. One of the tenants said that she didn't have heat. Robert checked the boiler and found that it was working perfectly. He then went to her apartment to investigate. He discovered that she did indeed have heat but that the thermostat had been wired incorrectly. He rewired the thermostat and everything is working fine. Robert was extremely professional and continued to investigate even after discovering that nothing was wrong with the boiler. I highly recommend this company.

Matt was extremely accommodating in making sure I got the best service when he visited my home. I truly enjoyed him as a kind and caring human being as well.
