Iroquois Fence did a nice job for me. I chose them after speaking with many local fence contractors. They were not the least expensive but their price was close to most others. Almost all contractors set their vinyl posts in concrete which is problematic if you ever need to replace a post. Iroquois uses 8' galvanized steel pipes (not concrete) that they drive 4' into the ground. The vinyl posts then attaches to the steel post above the ground which makes for easy future vinyl post replacement if needed (e.g your post gets cracked somehow). The galvanized steel post also provides 4' of above ground support for the vinyl post which helps with wind load. These are schedule 40 galvanized pipes driven below the frost line. One other local contractor uses thinner schedule 20 galvanized pipes. The contractors that use concrete typically only dig a 36" hole (not frost depth) and add concrete. Some mix the concrete before putting it in the hole, others just throw a few bags of dry concrete in the hole and hope for the best. The steel pipe method Iroquois uses is technically superior.

A nice, very professional staff and the installation was great. No issues, great attention to my garden and good clean up when finished. The best part is that the fence is perfectly straight and in alignment. Looks great. Very happy! We are now discussing plans for a dog kennel/run with a doggy door to the house. No more taking our little guy out every two hours!! We can't wait!

During the last high winds we had, I had about 3 old wood panels go down. Greg came out and we looked to replace them but I noticed the last 3 remaining panels were rotted.
