Laura’s Critter Care did a fantastic job looking after my 3 year old Cockapoo while I was away to attend to a medical issue. They even took my dog to his doctor and back for laser treatment. They were completely professional and responsible during thus time. One lady waited till 11 PM to see him safely in bed before she left. I am so very grateful that they were there and I will definitely use them for any situation that takes me away. I recommend them without reservation. Lee Amherst NY.

Phenomenal service! This is our second time using Laura's and it has been fantastic each time. Rachel had gone above and beyond for our two dogs and cat while we were away. Each time Rachel has done an amazing job for our animals. She is the one to ask for if you need a caring and attentive person to take care of your pets and be worry free while away.

Laura’s Critter Care is a great company to trust with your pets. I have two Shiloh Shepherds that I wanted to get used to a pet sitter and Laura sent me a sitter with shepherd experience and my dogs love her. This is a very trustworthy pet care company where you will have piece of mind knowing your pets are being well loved and cared for.

Lisa was very reliable and diligent about sending pictures of my puppy’s walk. I could tell he was happy based on my Ring video. She was punctual and respectful when returning leash and refuse bags to their proper places.

I just want to thank Alana for all she has done for our Maggi. This dog will literally wait at the door for her. Alana is patient, compassionate, and just plain amazing with the animals. I am so grateful for what they do and the people they are.

I would highly recommend claws and effects to do pet sitting. They took great care of my bunnies and sent me photos every time they visit so I can enjoy my trip without worrying my bunnies. I would definitely work with them again.

We've been using the Outta the Doghouse staff for all of our vacations since 2016. We've had many different needs over the years, from very specialized care for our senior dogs, to earning the trust of our often fearful foster pets, to engaging with our attention seeking younger cat crew, they've been there for it all. We love the updates after each visits and look forward to the sweet photos. We highly recommend Outta the Doghouse.

Cheryl has been working with our dogs and training them in various areas. She wants to know what we need and does a fantastic job of helping us getting there. If the dogs are just not into it or having a bad day, Cheryl adapts. She is also very good at explaining what we're doing and why. The difference we see in our dogs with walking, coming when called and being in place are fantastic.

Outta The Doghouse is my number one recommendation to anyone looking for a dog walker or sitter! Their owners and employees truly care about their clients’ animals and always take wonderful care of them. I am very picky with who I let take care of our Great Danes but their level of care and love for what they do is fantastic.
