Mr. Appliance's technician, Justin, did an outstanding job in assessing my elderly mom’s inoperable 16 year old dishwasher. He was kind, polite and obviously very well trained. He was extra honest about the problem and told us the price to repair compared to a new dishwasher. The repair was not an option because for a few hundred more dollars she can get a brand new dishwasher. I asked his opinion on what dishwashers to avoid and he stated his experience with problem brands. Much appreciated.

Kevin and Sam were professional and answered all of my questions. They did a great job problem solving and getting my washer repaired quickly.

Tim and Brandy did a great job at diagnosing and repair my oven. Quick, efficient! Great team!

Shane was an awesome help today. He made short work of our heating element and pulls system issue. Not only did he fix the problem he showed talked me threw everything he was doing and showed me how, why, and what causes these issues so I know how to diagnose or prevent them in the future. I would 100% recommend him to anyone in need. The experience and professionalism was tremendous. Thank you Shane for all your hard work and knowledge.

Technician-Andrew was efficient and professional. Our ice maker (7 year old refrigerator) was inoperable and his diagnosis was to replace the entire freezer door, per his experience and Kitchen Aid they recommend this very expensive replacement ($2k+). We obviously declined the repair and going forward Kitchen Aid and associated brands and products will not be in our consideration. In closing, Appliance Repair Service, Inc. was prompt (next day service) and easy to work with, they will continue to be our go-to company in the future. We only had to pay for the diagnostic test.

CJ FIXIT APPLIANCE SERVICES REVIEWS

Very professional and really knows what he is doing. Replaced my ice maker and repaired a drain in my refrigerator. I would recommend CJ FIXIT for any appliance repairs. It does have one problem, it’s dripping water inside the fridge in the back.

The repair guy was nice and respectful. He came and looked at oven, ordered the part, came back and replaced the part. He did his job quickly and did a good job. We appreciate the work he did. Thank you.

CJ helped with a 20 old washer and explained what happend and what to do going forward to keep it running long as possible. Very helpful, and up front about everything . Will definitely use again. For appliance repairs.
