I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance! I called them to repair my Dacor oven, and from start to finish the service was excellent. Scheduling was easy, and the technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had my oven working like new in no time. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail—no upselling or unnecessary repairs, just quality work. If you need appliance repair, I highly recommend Mr. Appliance. Reliable, knowledgeable, and great customer service all around.

Rachel was quick to locate the problem with a refrigerator leak. So impressed with Rachel's expertise and knowledge of appliances. Very happy. Will definitely use Mr. Appliance again.

Ryan came out to check out my fridge and we had a great experience with him! He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Explained everything as clearly as possible. Setting up our appointment was a breeze and their customer service is exceptional! I went through my home warranty this time but I just KNOW that going forward I will be doing all my repairs through Beyer.

Simply WOW! Not only did I receive fast, competent, professional, and amazing support - but the team at Beyer CARED! I had a part that was still within warranty by the manufacture, and they showed no hesitation to support me through the process of getting the manufacturer to standby their product. They could’ve elected to charge an arm and a leg for this repair, but stood on business to ensure that I would be a return customer. There were so many people that work to make this process smooth, but Jenifer stands out to me and I will always be a BEYER customer! Wow.

We became acquainted with Beyer Appliance Service through our home warranty company. The service we received was outstanding. Repairs to our Bosch dishwasher were completed thoroughly by knowledgeable and friendly technicians and we are very pleased. Highly recommend.

They were able to send out a tech within two hours of my cry for help. Super honest about my fridge’s problem (there wasn’t one) and didn’t propose any repair work I did not need. The service call was the only charge, and if my fridge goes down for the count they’ll come back within 90 days at no service charge. Very impressed.

Update: they just fixed my freezer, finding a problem I didn't know I had. Such an attentive, responsible young man (David) who came to our home. ** So attentive, great recordkeeping (they know more about my appliances than I do!), And very committed to our having working appliances as soon as possible. I always call them first.

Santiago came out today to look at our broken dishwasher. He was super honest about what the issue was and what the best thing to do would be (getting a new dishwasher in general instead of just a repair). I appreciate his expertise and advice. He also took a look at our ice maker in our freezer that was loose and tightened it and got it working again. Thanks for all the help!! I’ll certainly call again whenever we need an appliance repair.
