3 Best Assisted Living Facilities in Cary, NC

The staff and specifically, Olu Williams, have been more than accommodating with our unique situation in getting my parents placed and settled in. He has been communicative throughout the entire process and has been supportive and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. They are beginning to love being there and its a tremendous relief to have such great support to care for them.

We are so happy to find Waltonwood Cary for my mother-in-law! She will be moving in the first of the year with all of our thanks to Olu ! He has been a Godsend in helping us find the perfect home for her! She is excited to make new friends and start the next chapter ! Olu has taken us on several tours to show us ALL of the activities, meals, swimming pool, beautiful courtyard and so much more for her to look forward too! There are not enough ways to show our appreciation and thanks for making such a hard decision feel right! We look forward to the future for her on this new adventure! Thank you again Olu.

Our parents lived in WaltonWood Cary Parkway for 7 years, in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. We found all of the staff to be kind and caring. Our parents spent the most time in Assisted Living, where they were treated with such love and compassion. Staff members were always professional, yet also genuinely cared about our parents as individuals. They were a critical part of our parents' final years, and we couldn't be more grateful. My wife was a resident of HeartFields at Cary for 27 months. Their unwavering dedication, compassion, and the kindness they showed my wife and the other residents make this place truly special. It was because of their exceptional care that I know my wife felt safe, valued, and loved. They’ve created an environment where I knew she was well taken-care-of, and for that, I are deeply thankful. The support of Kristen, China, and Christina along with everyone else means more than words can express.

I know many people that live here. They say the staff is kind and attentive. I see that every time I visit. China is an outstanding nurse and always on top of things. Kristen truly cares about her residents and families and is the only Executive Director I've met to know so much about them. Christina is amazing with memory care activities and always has something different and fun to do. Chef Rick has improved the food immensely. Every place has snags here and there but Kristen and China always responsive and fix it as soon as it's brought to their attention. I'd definitely recommend.

I placed my mother in Heartfields several months ago and I am totally satisfied with the care she is receiving. Everyone is caring and compassionate. The staff shows that they are very concerned about her well being. The first time I went to visit I found her in an exercise class, something before now she would never even be in the room for. The activities director is wonderful, always engaging the residents. They even do manicures every Monday. I was told I could meet the group at any outing saving me from having to provide transportation for her to enjoy things outside the facility. I have attended a luau and Halloween party and can't wait for the holiday party. I really appreciate the staff's effort to be sure the family is involved in all aspects of the resident's life. I would and have recommended this facility to others.
