Chris and Nico did an amazing job at our house. I had initially contacted them about getting our blinds fixed, it turns out they could not be fixed. We then started the processes of deciding what to do. They were fantastic at helping us pick out the right blinds even taking into consideration our cats and what would work best with them, especially the one known as The Menace. Then when we wanted to make changes to some of the blinds colours, Nico came back out and helped me decide what to pick. They were so patient with me during this part of the process, and I appreciated that. During the installation, they discovered one of the blinds were damaged, they had the new one ordered before they finished installation AND got the damaged one installed so I could have all the blinds up. They were so right about the blinds, my home is brighter in the main areas and darker in the bedrooms. These blinds added elegance to my home that the previous blinds did not. This was such a fabulous experience and I highly recommend them. Also, the cats are loving having their windows back. Thank you.

John and Steve were both excellent to work with. Our arch shutter was custom and needed a longer time to be built. Our shades were completed weeks before the shutter. Steve came out and installed the shades when they came in and then came out to do the shutter. No additional charge. They were pleasant, efficient and left the areas clean.

The level of service is top notch!! We installed our beautiful shades last year and one stopped working right at Christmas. Steve came out and quickly identified the manufacturer issue and got us running again super fast with no charge. So kind and thoughtful! We would highly recommend.
