LA-Z-BOY FURNITURE CARY REVIEWS

Our experience at this store was great and our salesperson, Rich B. was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, personable, and accommodating. About a week after making our purchase, I emailed him regarding La-Z-Boy's Low Price Guarantee since the recliner we had purchased went on sale for a price lower than what we had paid, and within a half hour he called me back to let me know he had refunded me the price difference. I would highly recommend Rich and this location to anyone looking to purchase some new furniture. Thanks Rich.

Finally was able to try out & purchase, I hope, our forever couch from La-Z-Boy, Cary NC store. Louise was a great salesperson. She put all my fears to rest. (Getting it through the front door.) The delivery was today & went very smoothly. They kept me notified throughout the process. I expected alot from La-Z-Boy & they out performed my expectations. Definitely recommend!

As purchasing experiences go, I really felt the La-Z-Boy purchasing experience was a very good one. Our sales rep had a cute personality and really addressed our needs. She listened very well. I’m looking forward to seeing the two chairs we purchased and I can let you know at that time how it all ends up.

I have had a bedroom set and a couch delivered. The deliveries were scheduled quickly upon purchasing or when the pieces came into stock. The guys who delivered were considerate of my time and space, worked quickly in putting the furniture together and helped me in moving everything to fit and look great in the space. I am very happy with the furniture and the service.

They always have great pricing, you can get some awesome deals on high quality furniture. The lead times can vary based on the furniture/bundles purchased, but the delivery service is excellent too. The team works quickly, takes great care of the furniture/your home/assembly, and makes sure that we confirm everything looks right! Will 100% work with them again.

Love my new sleeper sofa for the office/den. Quick ordering/purchase by phone and the guys did an excellent delivery/set up. I will be purchasing a new living room sofa here soon. The owner and staff are helpful and nice. Also, I found out about the huge online inventory in addition to the floor showroom for tons of choices.
