Kia Fenty, a distant relative I learned, made my move in easy. I moved in on January 15, 2025 and already loving it. I have an excellent 1 bedroom/bath unit looking out the back toward the townhouses. My unit is warm and comfortable. Very clean when I arrived with a White Glove inspection done. Neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Bradford is close to shopping with Publix right next door. Has an indoor whirlpool and resistance lap pool, indoor golf simulator, pool table, snack room to purchase snacks, coffee room, work area, inside mail room and package room. I am loving my very large walk-in closet where I can store everything. The big complaint I have is I noticed my balcony was completely cracked on March 15. They started work mid-April, with my balcony doors completely boarded up. Since then, nothing has been done and no compensation for the inconvenience. Not impressed with the work!.

Great apartment complex. The staff are very friendly and value their tenants. The amenities are all top-notch, I especially like the large gym and sauna. Our leasing agent Kora was super helpful during the application process and made everything just so easy. It’s a great area to live, very quiet and close to many shopping and eating locations.

me and my wife love living here, this place has a great location, super safe and we walk all the time to the harris teeter and cvs pharmacy. In addition, it seems like the management is really improving this place and will be a hot spot in years to come. I think the staff here was super nice and having a garage has been super huge, especially in the random snow this year. I’m so glad to call this place our first home as a married couple and hope we can stay here for years to come. Hammer has been a huge help recently in listening to what we think could be improved, and making our apartment feel at home.

We have been living in this condominium for about a year and have just renewed our contract because we really like the location, the service, and the overall amenities offered by the condominium.
