ONE DIRECT TOWING REVIEWS

I was headed south on the beltline and my car’s dashboard lit up. It said to stop my car and cut my engine off immediately! I called a tow truck whose name I was familiar with and was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours before they could send someone. I hung up. I called another tow truck. They said approximately an hour and a half also but they recommended another tow service to me. Long story short they recommended 1 Direct I called. The young lady came out hooked my car up and towed me to Apex she was so very friendly, kind, knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience if having your car towed could be considered a wonderful experience. I have to admit I had never heard of 1 Direct. But now they’re saved in my favorites for any future emergencies. I have told my friends about your service. You are fast, reliable & friendly! Thanks again for helping me out.

This Company was top notch and provided excellent customer service during a time of need. I was involved in an accident and hit from the rear. The wrecker driver (Amanda) provided excellent customer service and should be commended for her professionalism! Thanks again One Direct for taking care of me!

They were so easy to work with. I had a 5 min or less call with dispatch they set a time frame and met it. From the time I made the call to when my vehicle was towed and delivered was 30 mins. Quick easy, super clean truck by the way and friendly. Good Stuff!!! Highly recommended.

Stranded on a Sunday afternoon! Tow person (Chris) was excellent, super considerate, kind and professional. Thanks WTF Towing, what could have been and awful afternoon turned out not so with your rescue.

Was very pleased from the dispatcher to the tow truck driver. My vehicle wouldn’t start and thought I had to get it towed but only needed a jump. He was very patient and helpful!

These two were outstanding!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was on my way to get food when I broke down, and they even went back to the restaurant and delivered my food for me at no extra cost. They know what they are doing both professionally, and they are fantastic human beings.

I have a testimony. My family and I were stuck on the street, the car wouldn't start and we were scared and not sure what to do. Out of nowhere, M.A.S. towing happened to pull up. They were so professional, and kind. They helped us and made my scared mother feel comfortable. They towed us to a safe place. When I say we were so pleased with their service. We were. I highly recommend this company. Absolutely the best!!!! If you're ever in need of a towing company, look no further. A big thank you!!!
