Access Lock & Key is probably the most reliable locksmith in the area. The company I work for does alot of re-keying and John Jones is always able to get the job done with the quality and attention that we need. Anytime I have an issue with my home's locks, I do not hesitate to give John a call. HIGHLY recommend John Jones for any work you need on your locks.

John came out to my house within 24 hours to rekey my front and back door locks. He was prompt, professional, and his rate was very reasonable! He'll be the locksmith I call from now on. I highly recommend Access Lock & Key.

He was very prompt and professional!! He answered the phone quickly and was to our home within 10 minutes. Took him just a couple of minutes to get our door unlocked. Highly recommend.

CENTRAL CAROLINA LOCKSMITH REVIEWS

I misplaced the key to a Kobalt lock box. Called several local locksmiths who all wanted $$$ but only to drill the lock out, not pick it. Central Carolina amazingly helped me for free by telling me I could order a replacement key by using the number printed on the lock. I sent the same picture of the lock to 6 area locksmiths, but Central Carolina was more about honesty and customer service than getting paid. Grateful and they earned my future business.

Shaun is a great guy and I was really satisfied with my experience. He gets it and is upfront about everything. Got locked out of my home, he came within 20 minutes, saw that my car was outside and suggested we get in the car, open the garage door and get in. Ended up costing me less too. I would highly recommend him.

I locked my keys in my car and Shawn was so helpful and kind when he came out to help me. He called/texted me back immediately and was there to help in less than 20 minutes. He was upfront about costs and told me what to look out for with other locksmiths. Excellent customer service.

We bought a home in Cary and needed to change the key to something new and then key all locks to that key. John was super easy to work with on scheduling and Juan was great on install. Juan was on time, efficient, and did a great job. I've never needed a locksmith before - but I know that I have a great resource in Cary Lock and Key if ever needed again.

Juan was sent out from Cary Lock & Key today. He came our our commercial business within an hour of calling on a Monday. He was quick and the prices were reasonable. We would recommend and use them again.

John showed up even sooner than he said. He is knowledgeable and was expert at using the tools to get into my car. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
