I've had nothing but positive experiences with Cary Car Care — I don't bother thinking about going anywhere else for any of my car issues or maintenance. I was recently there for an oil change, and it turned out I needed brakes as well. They did it the same day and sent a car to pick me up so I didn't have to walk there in the cold temps we were having! They always seem to go above and beyond, and they keep me updated on expenses that might be coming up for my car. Grateful to have a place I can trust.

First rate. Very thorough. I had them go thru an old pickup last spring before taking it to Maine. Ran like a top up there and performed perfectly doing a lot of work hauling stuff and taking me to a bunch of good fishing spots. Amazing performance from a 1998 pickup. You will not go wrong using Cary Car Care.

Had a recent service completed for transmission fluid flush that was well done. Good customer service and timely delivery. Would recommend their service.

I was recommended to come here for service. I was told they work out of integrity and the quotes you receive are based on ethics and not overselling or suggesting things you don't need. That's exactly what I got. The owner, manager was extremely welcoming and had great customer service from the moment I walked in. We even shared a few laughs. He tested my brakes and they provided me what I needed without overselling. It's the only mechanic shop I've ever been to that doesn't do that. The pricing was Market value and not based on overpricing. They are good to customers and also fair. While I'm still local I would only recommend coming here for service. Also when I went to pick up my car the lady working was very nice, friendly and the process was seamless.

I had a good experience with this NC Auto Care shop to fix my radiator leak and other service from my parents car. The mechanic was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and clear direction on the problem. . I am so glad that I found this shop and my mom is very satisfied and happy with the work has done right for the first time. Thank you Mr. Bill and your friendly auto care service. . You guys were excellent, professional above and beyond. My mom and I would highly recommend this auto shop and definitely the 5’s stars.

A great experience! They sent me texts when my car was coming due for inspection and were so nice and friendly when I made my appointment. The appointment went quickly and everyone was friendly and professional - I will only go there.

Mr. Tire always took good care of my car. I went there 5+ times for them to service and they took good consideration and thoroughly reported everything I needed to know. I came over to NC in a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix and it has never felt better since having them take care of it. Could not recommend their services more. Shout out to Randy and John for always being personable and honest about the work being done.

I have been here a few times for issues that cropped while in the area, and I have always received good, prompt service from friendly staff. They even fixed a small issue with my tires today for no charge. Would not hesitate for a second to get more service done at this location.

I had a great experience at Mr. Tire Randy was great he didn’t have me waiting for very long and he was very welcoming overall he fixed the problem with my car for a very affordable price I will be coming back.
