I want to take this time to express my sincere appreciation for the care my father is receiving in the Atria Memory Care unit. I try to visit my dad a couple of times a week. He is clean, healthy and mostly alert. We share meals together which are nutritionally balanced, hot and heartily eaten in the community dining room. We interact with his caregivers who update me on his health, cognitive functions, and interesting conversations. He is very happy to describe his life and the caregivers are attentive and interested. His room is always available to me, clean, clothes put away and bed made. I am informed promptly when I need to be communicated with: supplies needed, medications need to be changed, when he suffered a fall or when a virus required medical attention. I have taken my father out of Atria to include him in family events. When I pick him up he is prepped and ready to go. Assistance is offered when we leave and return. He is excited to leave but relieved when we return to his self proclaimed home at Atria.

Mom gets the upmost best care in the memory care unit at atria, April and Michelle , along with the caregivers and med techs are on top of moms care , I checked out a lot of homes and I am so grateful that I chose this community mom has made friends and she loves the arts and crafts they host. Thank you Atria.

First and foremost i would like to show my complete gratitude to the memory care unit team specially the medtech Theia, laurie and susan, they have been the most hands on staff to the residents. going out of their way to cater to their resident’s needs. compassion is really not within all people. Im glad i found this Senior living, i would definitely recommend.

I have lived at Sunrise for 6 years now and wanted to share my experience here with others. I'm very happy here. Sunrise always puts my welfare first. Choosing this community was the best decision I could have made and my family agrees. I feel independent yet very professionally taken care of. It's like being on a five star cruise ship where everything is done for you. The Executive Director does an outstanding job and has an open door policy. The supervisors and day to day staff are wonderful. It shows they have been trained before they work with me and other Residents. Housekeeping is by far the best I've ever experienced in any upscale hotel. I feel very safe here. The Nursing staff is prompt and very caring. Live entertainment is both frequent and varied. I love the outings such as going to different restaurants, movies, cultural events and museums. The food is excellent and each meal has many, many choices each and every day. I would highly recommend bringing your loved ones here, a decision you won't regret giving you total piece of mind. When you're visiting look me up and I will be happy to talk with you.

The care managers and staff are so caring, patient and kind. In fact, I recently moved my dad from room-to-room and folks from the care team and maintenance stepped in to help me which was so above and beyond. I appreciate them all more than they know!

I had to find a place that could give my mom assistive care in the last part of her life. I am forever grateful that we chose Sunrise Sterling Canyon. The staff were fantastic, all kind and caring, making her last days comfortable. The facility is clean, meals fantastic, and most importantly the people genuinely care for their residents.
