The owner/master mechanic, Sam, is the very personification of integrity, honesty, and professionalism. We take all of our vehicles to him and his team of expert mechanics, and we have never been disappointed. Whether you need routine maintenance or major engine work, this is your place! Case in point: this week, my wife's Sequoia broke down in the middle of peak traffic. We had it towed to Sam and his team, and they were able to expertly diagnose the issue in a most expedient way. They remedied the issue at no cost, since the part in question was still under warranty. Imagine that! Truly remarkable service experience.

I needed a tune up on my Mercedes SUV. I was given an appointment on the spot. Within a few hours I was given a call letting me know what I needed and the cost. The staff was courteous, caring and professional. They always done our smog inspection, now we will continue to use them for our car maintenance too.

Fast fair service. The owner was honest about my vehicle. I got my front brakes replaced the cost was in line with the quality of the parts. I would have paid more at the dealer so thanks for saving me some dollars. Will definitely go back.

Never had any good experiences with auto shops in the past. However, took a chance with Sierra Auto. Blessed that I did. Not only did they take GREAT care of my car but excellent customer service! The moment I dropped it off my mind was at ease. Will be coming back for any other issues I may encounter or for just a friendly check up.

Great experience. Love that the manager followed up with me after my car was repaired to make sure I was happy with the work they did. Also the woman that runs the office, Maria, is beautiful and kind and knowledgeable, a pleasure to interact with.

I’m so happy I brought my truck to Sierra Auto. Maria and Nick are very knowledgeable and thorough. I definitely found my new mechanic for all my trucks needs. Absolutely love how great my truck is running.
