My experience was great! The rooms are luxurious without being over-the-top. The ambiance is focused on fun and functional. Yeah, well, so there's a train nearby but if that bothers you (it did not bother me!), there's some earplugs on the night stand. Parking was covered and very convenient. Check-in/check-out went smoothly. The grab-and-go breakfast was plentiful with more variety than I expected. Coffee was hot and delicious. We were attending a wedding across the street at Hart & Main which made this location ideal. We were so grateful to be able to walk across the street to our comfortable room after the big event! We loved our room, It was extremely clean. The staff was friendly. There was small details I haven’t seen in high end hotels, like a facial rag just for make up removal. Breakfast was nice it was grab and go items, with a cappuccino machine and juice machine There was a couple down sides like the train and I should have picked a room with a bigger bed . We stayed in the mini suite it also had a robe and slippers very nice! We definitely plan on returning soon.

We arrived after midnight. Found good parking in a garage for the hotel. Staff on sight was friendly. I really like that there is no carpet. Rooms are remodeled to be modern. Rooftop bar looked really nice, closed when we got there. Ok breakfast and coffee.

Exceptional service! Room was nice and clean. Beds were supper comfy and breakfast was really good they had a great variety! My kids enjoyed the pool and amenities. Room service was top notch we had our room cleaned twice in our stay and they did an amazing job the ladies were so sweet. We really enjoyed our stay here.

My girlfriend and I stayed here and it was a great experience. The rooms were very nice and well kept, complimentary breakfast was something we looked forward to each morning. Staff was very professional, but Waldo, in particular, was very welcoming. He made our check-in very fun and easy and is a huge part of the reason we'll book this location for future getaways.

Have stayed here for four years while our Son was at Cal Arts! Consistently clean and nicely appointment rooms! Pleasant gym and breakfast. Conveniently located. Staff always very friendly and helpful! Extra effort from Waldo this visit with family arriving at different times for graduation! Many thanks for four great years of visits.
