They genuinely care about the residents, and it shows in the way they handle everything with such promptness and kindness. The maintenance department is truly the heart of this community. Antonio, Juan, and Alex are absolute superstars! No matter the time or the task, they are always ready to help and go the extra mile to make sure everything gets fixed properly and on time. Their hard work and positive attitude make such a difference and bring peace of mind knowing the property is well cared for. Overall, I’m very grateful for the entire team here. Karina, in particular, is always willing to help us with any maintenance requests and makes sure everything gets taken care of. Just recently moved in and Domingo in the lease office has been an absolute delight. Parking doesn’t bother me because I gained weight and the walking helps me combat obesity in America. Other than that Domingo is amazing!!!!! Always a pleasure.

I absolutely love Diamond Park! They have the best resident events, and the staff have really cleaned up the property. Plenty of parking for us residents! Guest parking is a bit limited but is understandable as we don’t have garages. They take care of work orders and truly care about their residents.

This review is for Jasmine. She has been awesome since our first initial interaction when we were looking for apartments and even now that we just moved in . She was the one who gave us a tour of the place as well as answered all our questions . We automatically knew this was the place and once we applied she made it easy for us and kept in communication with everything. We are happy to call this place our new home now .
