This is our second car from this dealership, and the first experience was one star. Because we like the car. Our previous experience with the dealership was terrible. The salesman was clueless and the manager was a bully. I'm astonished we came back. I'm glad we did. Hector was fantastic to work with, I barely had to interface with Saher, which is a tribute to how knowledgeable Hector is… But in the brief moments we had working with Saher, he was agreeable and knowledgeable… And we were thrilled that Nef came over from the Ford store to run finance. The entire experience, from my first contact with Hector, to the negotiation, to the agreement, to finance, to delivery, everything was spot on. I will highly highly recommend you guys. But specifically those professionals.

I had a great experience. Bladimir was fantastic handling my car stuff. I brought it in for a check engine light and some recall issues and dealing with these were a pleasure. Looking forward to the next visit.

Absolute raving fan experience from Ethan from beginning to finish to post sale I have been looking nationwide and calling couple of dozen Mercedes dealers looking for AMG GT S 63 And just got the full white glove treatment from Ethan. Tony, the manager was great to work with and Henry is like an encyclopedia and spent a lot of time with me showing how everything works and setting it up for me. I will definitely be buying Mercedes from these guys and referring them to friends and family. It's very rare to have this level of service from a dealership in my experience.

Fabio did a great job at listening to our needs and the helping us figure out the perfect car for us. In this difficult time for car inventory he did not back down to tirelessly find my wife EXACTLY what she was looking for. On top of all of this, when he was working with us, he didn't pressure us at all. Although we were only looking for a car for my wife, Fabio's service was so amazing that we ended up buying two cars. (GLE and GLA45). Hands down one of the best car buying experience we had. MB Valencia is lucky to have him.
