The details and craftsmanship from the Randal G. Winter team was impeccable. I've never worked with a contractor that does what he says and does it with passion. The team is the best in the business. I highly recommend Randy and his team for any remodeling project. Even after the work was done, he continually follows up to see if I hav any problems. I've never had this experience before. I am so thankful to Randy and his employees for a job well done. I love my house and only wish I did the remodeling sooner. My kitchen is a dream and the outside of the house has been commented on by my neighbors. Thank you Randal G. Winter. You are the best.
It is said that the 3rd time is the charm. With Randal Winter Construction all 3 times are perfect. I have done 3 major remodeling in the last 10 years: two kitchens plus a living room. The projects were well managed, taking into account our budget, wishes and needs with excellent design and product advice. Besides Randy, kudos go to Sean Himes our last project manager, Cara in the office and all the various craftsmen. We also rewired to install an induction cooktop and battery charger for our car. There was minimal disruption to our daily lives with the major portion of the work completed so our kitchen was functional and the floors replaced within three weeks with the rest of the work completed in a timely manner. Every workman cleaned up the areas the same day. There were minor delays in materials and some finishing that we knew about in advance. Randal Winter, the owner is a leader who CARES about the company and the people it served. I recommend Randal Winter Construction without reservation and of course would hire the company for a 4th time.
Randy and his staff are top notch professionals and honest people to work with. When working with a contractor you really need someone you can trust. We had Aria Pro Builders remodel our restroom and we choose them because our initial impression with Nir was very professional and friendly. They are very thorough in the remodel processing, including keeping us updated through the whole project. Our project supervisor was very helpful and went out of his way to suggest items we were missing for the project. The workers were also very professional, respectful and cleaned up after their work everyday. We would use them again for future projects.
