She is patient and gives helpful suggestions uniquely tailored for the bride-to-be without being pushy. Her knowledge of her products is incredible. Katrin genuinely cares about her customers too. I felt like a princess the entire time, not just another customer. I loved the whole experience, and yes, I did say "Yes to the dress," (after taking some time to think it over).
