I was very impressed with the quality of personnel at this enterprise from those at the front desk and telephone lines on the line. The employee who impressed me most because of her equanimity and thoroughness and willingness to take on virtually any job she kept me informed throughout the process in a very timely manner, but the real surprise was to learn that she had vacuumed my car for pick up and inspected both the quality of the body work and the wash job. The car was in perfectly clean as well as perfectly repaired. I was very impressed with her and believe she's destined for bigger things Within the organization.
