The Westin Charlotte is one of my top choices when traveling to Charlotte for work, right alongside the JW Marriott across the street. As a Marriott property, it upholds high-quality standards for the Westin brand, and it never disappoints. The rooms are great, featuring incredibly comfortable beds that make for a fantastic night’s sleep. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The bar is an excellent spot to grab a drink or dinner if you’re traveling solo—the wings and seafood options are top-notch. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, the Westin Charlotte delivers on quality, comfort, and service. Highly recommend!

If you are attending an event in the Charlotte Convention Center...this place is so nice. I parked my car and haven't moved it. There are so many places within walking distance. CVS, restaurants. Etc. The Dogwood is yummy too. Bennie seed corn muffins were slightly sweet and enough to share. Duck confeit with Dumplings was so good, I used the broth to moisten my cornbread instead or more of the lemon butter spread. Tasted the cheesecake, carot cake and chocolate cake and recommend them all! Hehe.

I was here for a conference. The property was nice, rooms were clean and updated. Plush comforter. The highlight for me was the service. The team at the front desk was so kind, helpful, and welcoming it really made it an exceptional stay. Terri made my check in process a delight. I am used to getting polite service at Marriot properties, but she went above and beyond making me feel happy to be there. I had an issue with my tv during my stay and the front desk was gracious and apologetic and worked to make up the inconvenience. I would absolutely stay here again.

want to take a moment to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional customer service we received at the Omni in Charlotte. Supervisor Carissa truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort after a small mishap, and her kindness and understanding made such a meaningful difference during our stay. I felt genuinely cared for, which eased any stress we had. The bartender, Destiny, also deserves special mention for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Also, her Lemon Drops were amazing! Yasmine’s outstanding service further enhanced our experience, contributing to the sense of care and attention we received from the staff. Lastly, I can’t forget to mention Isaiah, the Bellman, whose kindness was a breath of fresh air. He even took the time to make dinner reservations for us when we found ourselves running late for an event. His thoughtfulness was truly appreciated. Overall, we left feeling so well taken care of, and I couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable!

My Husband Monty took me to the Omni Hotel in December to celebrate my 55 birthday. I loved the hotel and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our room had amazingly beautiful views from every window. I loved the layout of it and there was plenty of room for the two of us however we could have had guests with the amount of space that we had. Breakfast was elegant and delicious. I look forward to our next stay.

My husband and I had a great stay! From the moment we arrived, everyone was truly so helpful and welcoming. Valet staff, front desk, bell-hop (Isaiah) was so kind and always went out of his way to take care of us! We tried the room service after getting back late from the game and it was delicious and well priced. What a truly special trip. Thanks for making it special, Omni!
