FIVE STARS! My son has been going to KRK for a couple of months now, my oldest son attends their afterschool program, we have enjoyed every single day! We come from a not-so-great previous childcare experience. KRK is more than what I hoped it would be. The communication is stellar! Every single staff member is more than certified, VERY CLEAN, smells amazing as soon as you walk in the door. Kim, the owner, knows us by name every time we walk in the door. They have a wonderful focus on education, they always provide healthy meals and snacks! They also have followed my children’s Dye-Free diets 100%, they apply sunscreen and bug spray every time the kiddo go outside. Also, a ZERO tolerance policy for neglect, and bullying. They always call us any time there is an accident above the waist (which is next to never), amazing camera quality to check in on your babes.. I could go on all day! KRK Charlotte.

Our family has had a wonderful experience here. Everything is top notch from the front desk, the communication, the teachers are wonderful, food services are great, even the ambiance and cleanliness. Kim runs a wonderful facility, you can tell everyone there loves children. My 4 year old has learned so much and will be so well prepared for kindergarten.

My son has been in this daycare for 3 months, and from the first day he has treated us very well. The teachers are very kind and caring, and the director and other daycare staff are excellent. The service and attention here has made me feel very calm. They have clean facilities. When I leave my son he has a lot of fun and feels calm and I trust that he will be well taken care of. I really recommend this place 10/10.

My son started at Oakcrest at 8 months old. He is currently in his fifth class. All of the teachers in each level/class have been very friendly and supportive. My son shares stories about his teachers at home and is excited to go see them the following day. Sometimes he even wants to tell them about an activity or something he saw at home. The teachers have helped my son develop confidence and more social skills. I am very pleased with his language development and potty training which has been augmented by the teachers at Oakcrest. The curriculum is great. It is both fun and educational. My son enjoys going outside, singing, doing art, circle time, books, and using the atrium and sensory room. The staff answering the door in the morning always great Austin by name. All updates and info are communicated effectively through both email and the Tadpole app. Any concerns I have had have been addresses and resolved with professionalism and in a timely manner. We have had a great experience and look forward to meeting more of the Oakcrest teachers and staff as my son progresses.

We are so happy with our decision to enroll our baby in Oakcrest. The staff and teachers genuinely care about our child and are very professional and friendly each and every day. Can’t say enough positive things about Oakcrest.

My kids have been at Oakcrest for almost a year, and it’s been a great experience. They learn so much every day! Teachers are very caring, and they provide a safe and clean environment for the kids. We also appreciate the enrichment activities, such as soccer, yoga and music.
