Silva Alves and his Assistant from start to finish was Absolutely amazing they worked to complete 10 windows and Three doors also ia patio section of glass and slide door in record time!! Everything was left in perfect condition…we had no cleanup! Professional! Professional All the way! We are very Pleased.

Great experience throughout the process. The project was completed on time and the very minor corrections were taken care of promptly. We were not present for the project so the project leader kept us updated regularly with photos and calls/texts. When we arrived and saw the finished work we were very pleased. Great company.

I would highly recommend Champion Replacement Windows of Charlotte, I worked with John who provided me with the best service! He was knowledgeable, helpful, caring, great listener to what I wanted and patient. The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Champion John made my dreams come true! I wanted a four seasons room so I could enjoy my outside view of nature and sip my coffee and enjoy my evenings in the patio. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect room.

Victor is informative and went above and beyond with his presentation! He inquired about and listened to our needs/wants which personalized our experience. I highly recommend! The new doors have been installed and I couldn't be more thrilled! The installation was quick and the installers are top notch professionals.

The entire experience with World of Windows surpassed my expectations from beginning to end. The representative who came to our home was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made the sales experience enjoyable. The quoted price was much better than expected, which further added to the enjoyment. The installers arrived promptly at their scheduled time and were very conscientious with regards to ensuring our home was protected from any potential scuffs/scrapes during install. They were also very friendly and courteous. Overall, it was an amazing experience with World of Windows and we would highly recommend them.

The contractor (Alex) was very knowledgeable and done a very great job. We are pleased with the windows. Love the pattern we picked out. The windows look great. Alex is a very nice person. We like World of Windows as they will be replacing all our windows in our home. They are great to work with and have quality windows.
