I was recommended this place by my best mate who also takes his Cocker Spaniel but uses a different groomer. I still was lucky enough to get what I consider the best groomer for Cooper, my parti Cocker. He loves her and she obviously has a love for dogs and is patient with him as he has gotten better with time and water. He's not the biggest fan of baths but she has gotten him to now be able to sit still and just be. He always looks wonderful and she listens if I have different needs at every appointment.

Stephanie is absolutely amazing with my parti Cocker Spaniel Cooper. She listens when you have particular needs and the dog has issues like when he was teething. She is gentle and I couldn't trust anyone else with him at this point!

I just moved down to Charlotte with my dog Ozzy who has high anxiety. I was worried about finding a groomer but so glad I found the dog salon! Everyone was so kind and understanding, and Ozzy got a great grooming!

They did an absolutely spectacular job with my baby Mango. I was skeptical about even taking her to a groomer based on previous subpar experiences. But this folks are incredible, who do I need to thank!? Mango has always had a thick coat and we struggle to brush her thoroughly. She is definitely loving her haircut and it's not clear to me some of the issues we've had with licking and scratching were due to all the excess shedding she does as a corgi. They were even able to cut her nails! I will absolutely be back, I would recommend this place to everyone. Professionals exist for a reason, I could not be happier with the outcome.

Look how handsome I look! I have been using Amber for about three years. She is so kind to me and always makes me look so handsome. My mom likes how she can book appointments months in advance to be sure I’m spiffy for special occasions. A few years ago there was a canine flu going around the United States . My mom was freaking out. Amber to extra care in booking my appointments then just to make my mom calm down. I gotta tell ya, Amber and her crew are always cleaning that place and it always looks and smells so good. Too bad you are a human and can’t get your hair done there, but if you know any dogs, they would love it!

The best! I have been bringing my siberian huskys here since Amber opened this place. She and her other groomers always do a fantastic job!! I had been to several prior to coming here and the grooming care that Bubbly Pups consistently does is top notch.

Our cockapoo has been coming here since the beginning, and they always do a fantastic job with his haircut. He has developed some anxiety as he’s gotten older and doesn’t care for other dogs. They’ve done a great job being patient with him and putting him in a position where he feels more comfortable.

Bellatrix has a standing 4 week appointment at Pampered Pets! She is a nervous pup, but loves the owners and groomers here! They always do a great job and are very reasonably priced. We won’t go anywhere else!!

My girls, both standard poodles, willingly walk in and are in great spirits when they leave. The crew at Pampered Paws is super attentive and my dogs always look fantastic. My girls approve!
