I cannot recommend Tom at Hendrick Honda enough! After shopping around at several dealerships, Tom truly stood out thanks to his outstanding personality and professionalism. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. What I appreciated most was that he was never pushy just honest, patient, and communicative every step of the way. He made the entire car-buying process easy, smooth, and even enjoyable (which is saying a lot!). I walked away with a car I absolutely love and felt confident and excited about the decision I made. We worked with Colby Colberson in sales, and Carter Nash in financing/paperwork. We had a great experience with our purchase of a used car for our daughter. Colby got all the information we needed for the vehicle. Hendrick Honda did a great job prepping the car mechanically for sale, gassing it up, getting us a paint touch up pen and making sure the car was squeaky clean since it was for our new driver. Had a great experience purchasing a 2020 Civic Sport. Melissa Evans helped us with test drives to determine which vehicle felt better for us. She was not pushy, let us take our time and was able to answer every question we had. She is very welcoming and it felt very easy to talk to her. She kept us updated throughout the whole process and even stayed after the dealership closed to give us a nice sendoff. She is a wonderful, hard worker. Great services. I had a brake system amber light with no front sensing camera working with 5 or 6 warning codes, thousand miles away from home. Check to the shop without any appointment around 1 pm. They where busy, fortunately Matt still was still willing with his tech to check my car. Waiting 2 plus hours get the results back with faulty camera and trottle body carbon build up. I autorised the usual honda dealer price tag. They promised me the car next day around 10 am and gave me a loaner. Everything run smoothly. Thank you Matt and Scott Clark Honda. (NB:with a DIY job at home, you could save $1K).
