After getting hit in the snow, the entire driver’s side of my car was damaged — door completely messed up and the window ruined. It was stressful, especially because I didn’t have a rental car. What really impressed me was how quickly they moved. They had my car repaired and ready in just three days. That turnaround alone meant everything to me. The customer service was top tier. The manager personally walked me out to my car and showed me all the work that had been done. Everything looked flawless — you’d never know it had been hit. They were professional, transparent, and made the whole process easy. They also handle window replacements (which a lot of people forget body shops can do), and they’re often more affordable than standalone window shops. That was a huge bonus. Well, They were the only Tesla approved body shop in Greensboro so I had to use them. They always kept me updated along the way during the repair process. They were very extremely nice and professional. The body guys did an amazing job making it look like it never happened. The car drives and looks brand new again. My son‘s vehicle was involved in an accident. Caliber collisions agent Brooklyn was first class and detailed with their service. She took the time to go over the repairs that would be done. She informed me that she would contact me twice a week with the status of the vehicle and the vehicle was completed prior to the date. It was promised the workmanship and quality of the repair is as if the vehicle was never damaged. We thank Brooklyn and the staff at the front desk for the great service!! Excellent body repair and attention to detail on paint blending and body alignment.
