I’ve worked with many dealerships in the past—some good, some not so great—so I wasn’t sure what to expect from DriveTime. But from the moment I walked into the Greensboro location off Wendover Ave and met Jamie Johnson, to the final signature with Eric Ledezma, the entire experience was smooth, fast, and incredibly convenient. Jamie and Eric created an atmosphere where I felt completely comfortable and never out of place. I had a strict budget I couldn’t go over, and they respected that, working with me on my terms. Jamie was kind, detailed, and transparent throughout the process, while Eric was thorough and professional with the paperwork.

I had an amazing experience with Eric! He was friendly, honest, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He made the whole process smooth and easy, with no pressure at all. He even went over all the features of the car before I left. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping here!

I had a very pleasant experience at Greensboro Auto center. I went in with two vehicles in mind. Told Ryan, the salesman, which two vehicles I was interested in. He pulled both vehicles right up front for me to look at. There was no pressure. He gave us time to look over both vehicles. He was not pushy and did not hover. He gave my family and I total privacy to discuss our options and make a decision. Ryan was able to answer all questions and concerns with ease. The finance team was friendly and professional. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and NO ONE made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. My four year old daughter was with me also and Ryan made the car buying process more fun for her too by making conversation with her and giving her a coloring book. I am very happy with my new vehicle and the entire buying experience here. I would 100% recommend shopping with Greensboro Auto Center.
