I had to get my engagement ring resized, and the people at State St. Jewelers were great to work with. I interacted with three different people during the process and each was warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The fourth key person in resizing was, of course, the artist who did the work on my ring. I was told it would take two weeks, but he had it ready for pick-up in four days, and his work was flawless. Great customer service and excellent quality work. I highly recommend them.
