Schumacher Homes of Greensboro was amazing to work with. From the first time coming in and meeting with Kevin, he was great. Then meeting and working with Christine, Melissa, Crystal, Matt, Rock and then our builder David was awesome. From start to finish we always knew what was going on in the process with everything. David was so personable and he did an awesome job and grateful for him and all the trade people were great to work with as well. David always kept us up to date on everything and made us feel as ease and comfortable. Even when we were told our floors we picked out were discontinued , we were bummed, but the ones we had to go back to the design center and pick out for the house and the bathroom we love even better than the original ones. So that was a huge plus! Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with. We're so happy to have chosen Schumacher to build our forever home. We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend this company to anyone that's looking to build a custom built house. THANK YOU to everyone.

We loved working with James and Crystal at Schumacher! They were so responsive and helpful in building our dream home. As with any new build there are unexpected things that come up but they were wonderful in helping us figure out the best thing for us. We LOVE our new home.

From start to finish the process with Americas Home Place exceeded our expectations. We had our initial visit with Alex to view the plans. Alex was super friendly and patient. The next step was meeting with Krista to customize our plans, which we loved. Krista was very efficient and knowledgeable. She helped us create the best plan to accommodate our financial and living needs. After we established a plan we moved onto building where Tommy took over and became our main contact and project manager. With any build you of course run into unforeseen difficulties along the way, but Tommy went above and beyond to make everything was as smooth as possible. No matter the issue Tommy problem solved and completed the task. We’re so proud of our new home and would recommend this team to anyone who is looking to build.

This is the first home we’ve had built and the one we plan to retire in. AHP made this a very nice, exciting and educational experience for us. From day one, with the staff patiently discussing the proposed layout of the entire building, to the completed construction of our home. We were constantly updated by Tommy (the Foreman) who always had a fix for any little details we needed changed. We definitely will and have recommended AHP as a “well worth your money “ builder.

Outstanding group of people!! Easy to talk to, easy to work with, accommodating and understanding! Got started on my house and moved fast, good workmanship, hard working contractors and all were willing to make accommodations when needed. Tommy is the MAN!! Kept things moving, always willing to meet me at the house to discuss issues and always available for a text or phone call. Would definitely go with AHP again.
