A Shade Better just finished a difficult job with great results. The home I recently purchased came with a nice set of easy-lift wood shades, several of which broke. The easy-lift system was a bespoke mechanism by a small manufacturer, and parts were difficult to find. Had a Hunter Douglas shade that the mechanisms were messed up. They were able to respring the tension on the motors without having to get new parts. Excellent job. Very pleased. Wish I had found out about them sooner.
