My boyfriend and I moved in in February and it has been spectacular! Any issues we had were quickly resolved by the amazing maintenance team which gets things fixed within a day of putting in a report. Leasing agents Sarah & Jacob helped me the other day with getting an appointment set up for a washer/dryer installation. They have little cute events around holidays/seasons and it’s amazing! We will definitely be extending our lease once it reaches that time.

I know most people do reviews when you move in I like to do them when leaving after everything has settled. Sarah has been amazing she truly went above and beyond my entire time living at Cityview. Maintenance was always professional and responded timely. Parking spots are small but manageable. I have always felt safe walking around even later in the evening. Apts are not huge but definitely are comfortable enough. My best amenity was the pool and neighbors are very friendly. The leasing staff really are angels and try their best to keep everyone happy. I would definitely return if I ever moved back to North Carolina.I will definitely miss it!.

Keyanna was our leasing agent and from the beginning she was very welcoming and passionate about her job. We had expressed being in the market for an apartment for 4 months and if we liked a place the leasing office wasn’t friendly, or the leasing office was friendly and the apartments weren’t nice. But when we walked into Addison point we were welcomed by a big smile by keyanna and it immediately felt like home. We toured about 6 different floor plans, decided we wanted the coral, but then quickly changed to the Atlantic floor plan. We moved in and have been nothing but loving it. Keyanna answered every question I had and was always super friendly. When moving in we had a welcome bag waiting on us. Application process was very easy, and getting keys was even easier. 10/10 recommend this place and ask for keyanna!!.
