I recently hosted my sister’s college graduation reception at the Grandover Resort, and I cannot say enough amazing things about the experience! From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-tier. The banquet staff and the banquet manager were so accommodating, kind, and professional — truly going above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled flawlessly. They took excellent care of us in every possible way, making us feel welcomed and supported throughout the entire event. The space was beautifully set up, and the staff anticipated our needs before we could even ask. It made the day feel smooth, elegant, and truly stress-free. And let’s talk about the food — it was incredible! Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our guests are still raving about how good everything tasted! Thank you, Grandover Resort, for making my sister’s graduation celebration so special. We will cherish these memories forever and highly recommend this venue for any special occasion.

The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the service was great, the food was exceptional! The kids loved the pool, the fire-pit, and corn hole! They had live blues performers during brunch which was an awesome treat! We opted to order from the brunch menu, but the buffet looked wonderful! The staff was so accommodating for our party of 6 even though we didn’t have reservations. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the spa services, but we will definitely do that on our next visit! We give Grandover 10/10! We never want to leave.

Beautiful hotel! The rooms were perfect and super clean. The pools (inside and outside) were huge but limited chairs. The artwork on the walls were incredible and the staff from housekeeping to the bartenders to even the valet were super friendly. Came for a wedding with festivities all weekend long and the staff didn't disappoint, it was perfect! Just wished they a microwave in the room or even in the vending area on the floor.

Stephanie at the front desk is an Angel!!!! Literally can brighten your world! I had an amazing experience here! Even the concierge lady was so sweet and helpful! I visited the restaurant and even the lady with copper orange hair was spectacular! I relaxed with room service too and even that young man was on point!!! My room was always clean and I appreciated the expert room up down services Definitely worth the $$$ for family, fun and everything in between.

Work trip in this place really accommodated well… Rooms were huge and conference rooms were accommodating. The restaurant and service were great as well. It’s also close to places to eat. And if you like to run like I do, there is a bike path close by where you can get on and run right from the hotel. And the trees were in bloom, so it was a great time outdoors.

Great hotel and great service. No complaints; front desk staff was more welcoming than my experience last June 2024. It was a very good experience overall at the front desk, room service, bar servers, catering staff and greeters. All were friendly and helpful.

O.HENRY HOTEL REVIEWS

We have enjoyed many visits to the O Henry for afternoon tea. The room is beautifully decorated with comfortable seating. The service is always impeccable. Sweet and beautiful Casey was especially attentive this last visit. The tea selections will ensure you have exactly what you want, or try a new flavor. This is one of the rare tea experiences that allows you to choose sweet or savory or extras of your favorites. The price is incredibly reasonable. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed here a few times now, and the service is consistently outstanding: warm, attentive, and thoughtful every time. The facility itself is beautiful, with an antique charm that creates such a unique atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, and the view from my room was just breathtaking. It's rare to find a place that gets it right every single time, but this one does. What can I say, it’s always a lovely experience.

I love this hotel. It's quiet (all hotels should move to the double-walled room construction - you cannot hear noise from any other rooms!), conveniently located, free parking, helpful service, and just relaxing. We always stay here to break up our 10.5 hour drive home from the beach, and we all look forward to it (and hanging out in Greensboro for a day) every year.
