My car got stuck driving home from a blizzard as I tried to get around a semi that was blocking the road. Long story short, got stuck in a ditch and couldn't get out. Came back the next day and the towing company who pulled my car out damaged the suspension to my car as it became undriveable. I was told my car was totaled and all hope was lost. Took my car to ABRA where they were able to fix my car and save my life. Thought I was going to have to get a new car due to the towing company's incompetence. However, when I arrived I was greeted with a friendly smile from Will and Jennifer who made the whole process easy and painless. They were able to fix my car and get me back on the road. Thank you for saving my life ABRA. Your employees Will and Jennifer were top tier. Sadly I could not say the same about the towing company who got me into this mess. But when you have employees like Will and Jennifer, even the impossible now becomes possible.

ABRA was excellent from start to finish, very professional and amazing service. They repaired my hail damage perfectly. The actual damages were double what my insurance had estimated and ABRA took care of dealing with the insurance company to fix the claim. They also took care of my rental car for me and dropped it off once I picked my car up. Even with all that service, my only charge was my deductible and not a penny more. 5/5, cannot recommend them enough.

Nothing short of an amazing experience! Jen at the desk made it easy to get the rental, and deal with insurance; and Jenny did a phenomenal job of keeping me posted with updates. My car looks and drives amazing, THANK YOU.

I had damaged my side view mirror on my older vehicle. I know how expensive body repairs can be but I wanted to check out the cost anyway. After stopping by the Carstar shop, Pete gave me a written estimate which was less than I thought it would be. I gave him my approval, he ordered the part, had it painted and they installed it in less than a week. I'm very pleased with how promptly the shop got the new part ready and installed on my car. Final price was even about $30 less than quoted. I'll definitely go back there with any future needs.

I have had small interior issues in past. They’ve looked at issues and provided common sense feedback and simple fixes without charge. Recently had an ugly door ding and decided to try Carstar again. Received an estimate in minutes. Did a paintless dent repair the next day. Exceptional customer service and repair work was provided. My car looks perfect again. Highly recommend this business.
