They provide driver education for adults and schools in Omaha, Fremont, Dodge, Leigh, and Schuyler, NE. Their public school teacher and driver education instructors for 37 years. Behind-the-wheel driving is done one-to-one unless other arrangements are made. The driver training vehicle is provided with a second passenger-side brake. Bob's Driving School features wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance options.

"DeLong's Driving School has many committed drivers within its team. Their driving class offers twenty hours of classroom work with a minimum of 3 hours of in-person driving instruction outside of the scheduled classroom time and up to 5.5. DeLong's Driving School does offer parallel parking along with showing the steps of changing the spare and checking under the car hood in their coursework. They can pick the students up from their homes if they live within 10 minutes of Elkhorn South High School or if they live in the Elkhorn District. They were the very first to offer it in the Omaha/Metro area. The school has had thousands of students select this option through the years as a viable option for the Zoom Sessions that they currently offer.

CORNHUSKER DRIVING SCHOOL REVIEWS

This school was very good for me as a student to get comfortable and understand driving. While the learning part was rather dry and repetitive, driving was very easy going and relaxing. My instructor, Mr. Jimmy, was a very great instructor for me as he was calm and easygoing. He had a great personality and we often chatted while I drove. It’s instructors like him that make learning such an important life skill much easier. Would recommend this school and instructor for drivers that are nervous to get on the road.

Cornhusker driving school taught me countless things about driving, both in and out of the classroom. My instructor, Mr. Jimmy Chavez, reinforced existing knowledge and taught through patience and example new, tough, skills that I had no prior experience with. Thanks to him I got these skills down in no time, and I hope more people learn from him. He really helped with making the road easier by talking and giving calm constructive feedback when needed. Very supportive and encouraging, I am glad I had him.

I loved class with Anna! She’s very clear and straightforward with the instructions and curriculum. My driving instructor, Mr. Jimmy Chavez, helped me stay calm and relaxed on the road. Would definitely recommend, especially with apprehensive beginner drivers!

Best instructor ever!! So patient and knowledgeable! He made me feel so confident and safe while learning. He definitely knows what's his doing. Just an amazing man and instructor all around. Grateful he was my teacher. I recommend this instructor hands down!!

I spent many hours with my teen practicing driving before sending them to Bob’s driving school. There was a remarkable improvement in their driving confidence and skill after they completed Bobs school. I was practically comfortable in the car riding with them afterwards. It takes a while to get used to driving but the tips Bob provided were an immense help and made a greater difference than my teaching even though we had practiced many times. The results spoke volumes to me. Great teacher!

I was able to get my driver's license thanks to bob.

Our daughter had a great driver’s education experience with DeLong's. She learned a lot, feels very confident driving, and the process worked well for our busy schedule. They provided flexibility with driving times and good communication throughout the course.

I recommend doing drivers ed with Delongs Driving. They explain everything really clearly and it only takes a week! They helped me be a better and successful driver. They also teach you how to parallel park which was very helpful to me!

Very kind and welcoming instructors that made me less nervous to drive! The zoom classes were very informative and definitely prepared me to pass my test. Highly recommend to any new drivers!!
