During my recent stay at the Hilton, I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Kardina, a member of the breakfast staff. From the moment I walked into the dining area, she greeted me with a bright smile and genuine warmth that instantly made my morning better. Kardina was attentive without being overbearing, always making sure guests were comfortable, had everything they needed, and were enjoying their meals. She moved through the room with efficiency and grace, handling every request with professionalism and kindness. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly added a personal touch to my stay. It's rare to find service that feels both heartfelt and consistently excellent, but Kardina delivered on all fronts. Hilton is lucky to have her, and I hope to see her again on future visits. She made breakfast not just a meal, but an experience worth remembering.

We had a great time during our stay. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we had no issues. We were most impressed with Matthews at the Valet station. He went above and beyond and was genuinely a fantastic guy. We will definitely come back.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great manager reception- Danni was in charge of food She was very friendly. and greeted everyone. There were a lot of children where we sat that dropped bits of food. Staff was quick to clean it up.

MAGNOLIA HOTEL OMAHA REVIEWS

We loved our stay in Omaha. The staff was so helpful - we arrived in a huge downpour with tornado sirens blaring and they were friendly and gracious! Our room was great - very comfortable and cocktails at the bar - made with expertise. This is a great value for an older, historic hotel in a great location.

Great location with luxury feel for an affordable price. Spacious room, comfy bed, and mini fridge. They set out a variety of cookies and cold milk at 8PM for a sweet treat before bed. Also, pet friendly with no additional fee.

My friend Fred and I were on a trip to Orlando at the time. So I decided to stay at the Omaha Hotel, and what is this? Great service, man!! Maybe the Omaha management could do a little restoration on the rooms. Just a few dollars, that’s all.

Very nice and safe hotel. Friendly agents and housekeeping staff. Breakfast was just right amount for a hotel. Parking is free and easy access. Security features of using hotel key in parking structure and elevators is very nice. Pool was warm and clean. Room was spacious and clean. Location was great, close to shops, restaurants and walking distance to most everything. Highly recommend this hotel

The location was perfect for exploring downtown - walking distance to everything. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The reception and breakfast staff was okay but not overly friendly or helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of different options. Eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, waffles, cereals, fruit, etc.

Great spot in the lovely old market district of Omaha. Super friendly front desk, big rooms with fridge, microwave and chromecast. Descent enough pool and gym. Super easy parking situation and walk to all options for dinner. I’m sure there are plenty of other great options but I will return to this spot
