OMAHA DOOR & WINDOW REVIEWS

Our new exterior front door is beautiful and very high-quality. The installation was excellent as well. The functionality of the door is 100% better than our old one. The door opens and closes so much easier, and there are no gaps between the frame and the door. Love it! In addition to the front door, we had installed several months ago, we just had a new garage door installed. The Omaha door & window sales rep was wonderful to work with and the ordering process easy. The installation was great -quick & cleaned up afterwards. The garage is now much better insulated and the exterior of the door complements the house. Thanks again for another great job.

The spring and cable on our garage door broke and it is the main entry into our home. We called ODW and they came out the same afternoon. Tim was amazing to work with and explained everything he would be doing. He had the door fixed and working quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We will be using them for all future garage door needs.

Great experience with Omaha Door and Window doing some work on my patio door following storm damage. Great communication, price was set up front and remained the same as expected, and work was very well done. Would recommend.

I am very impressed with Seth from his manners to the amount of knowledge he has regarding windows. He took his time with us and actually listened to us. He was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. Not to mention I learned a lot from him. I was impressed with his demonstration with the heat lamp and how much heat is blocked by the windows. He compared how other windows rate compared to his product. Even tested one of my current windows which now I see the amount of money wasted on utility bills. Outstanding product. All around it was a great experience.

Brad was really helpful and attentive to all my needs. I can't wait to have my new patio door installed! He had great ideas and really knows everything about how the process works, and all of the products and services they provide. He was extremely thorough I would highly recommend Brad, if you are getting new patio doors or windows.

We have put in a patio door from Andersen and the quality is remarkable. The salesman, Seth, is a very nice person and is a true joy to work with. We are now going to replace all of our windows because the quality of the materials is exceptional and the crews are very good at what they do.

We had a very leaky window that anytime it rained we had water dripping into our house. I contact Pella and got a quote very quickly from them and installation happened about a month later since our window is not a typical size. The installation process went quickly and the new window is so much better than we thought. The window keeps our house a lot cooler than the last one and we have not put up curtains or shades yet. Highly recommend going with Pella as they do it all from designing the window, making it, and install. They were extremely communicative during the process and answered every question I had.

I received my new bathroom window today from Pella and I love it! My entire experience was easy and efficient from start to finish. My salesman Christine saw the whole project through from start to finish even stopping by to make sure installation went as planned. I would completely recommend Pella and Christine to my family and friends.

Thanks to Robert for selling us an awesome new sliding glass backdoor. Couldn't be happier with the product. The lead time for installation was a bit long, but the wait was well worth it. When it's time to start looking at window options, we'll definitely be giving him a call.
