Great Experience!! Very professional staff! I was In and Out for an oil change in 15 minutes! Didn’t get pressured into additional services. Will definitely be returning at my next oil change interval.

Grease Monkey is the best oil change place in Omaha no doubt, I would never even dream of taking my car anywhere for any type of repair or basic maintenance for my vehicle. They are beyond reasonable and local. Thank you Grease Monkey.

I love the staff here! They’re always compassionate and patient! Just went in because my car was going crazy and they took great care of me and went above and beyond! Especially Rob and Kevin, they made sure to communicate everything that was going on and made the best effort to make sure I was able to drive home safely. And Nicole was beyond amazing! She made sure me and my kids were comfortable and helped take a look at my car while waiting in line! Truly spectacular service! Everyone else was also great! Even got a free car wash! They looked into a couple issues and found they were not immediate repairs and could be put off for a bit. Great oil change price. Cozy waiting room. I’ve gone here for over 20 years and have never had a complaint.

Wow! Exclusive blew me away with their excellent service, communication, and very fair prices. They were honest with what service they felt my car needed now and what could be delayed. Added to that they were so nice. I can’t recommend them enough.

Exclusive Auto Repair was recommended by a friend last year when I needed some car work on my Honda Pilot and they have been servicing my car ever since. They do a great job from oil changes to major car repairs every time I have needed car services. Their shop is very clean and their staff is very knowledgeable and kind!! The only place that I have my family take their cars and trucks. This is coming from a fleet maintenance manager. Time isn't always on our side and when we have a heavy work load we only use West Omaha Auto Service to do the that we can do but don't have the room or time to get it done. The work is always done right, and the price is always fair. Couldn't wish for a better place to trust our equipment to.

Communication is key and the technology WOAS uses keeps you as the consumer in control throughout the entire process. The work is done quickly and the pricing is fair and competitive. I’ve been bringing my cars to WOAS for 2 years now and will continue to do so!.
