I wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Hilly in large appliances. I recently purchased a washer/dryer combo for my mom. We came in thinking we knew what we wanted, explained our situation to her, and she quickly let us know what a better choice would be and why. She knew exactly what she was talking about, educated us in a way that made me instantly realize she was an expert, and mom and I couldn't be happier with the unit she recommended. Please let her know we sincerely appreciate her and highly suggest anyone looking to make a buy in that department ask for Hilly! Thanks again.

We always have a good experience at NFM. Today was no exception. The first salesman quickly got me someone with more knowledge about the type printer I was looking for to be sure I got what I needed. It doesn't sound like a huge deal but giving up a commission to better serve a customer is noble.

Excellent customer service -which is hard to find in most stores. Scott was helpful in a two day decision making purchase! He has great knowledge. He doesn’t think all brands are equal and he gave us invaluable information and expertise. Loved everything about our experience at NFM.

Randy assisted me with picking the perfect sofa. He went above and beyond explaining what I should expect upon delivery. He even explained what to expect with the type of material this sofa has. Lastly, he even helped with making some rug suggestions (which I greatly appreciated because I have a hard time picking rugs). Overall, a great experience. Will be back as soon as I am ready to purchase a rug.

I was very happy with my experience at the store. The salesman was helpful but not pushy. He let us wander around and then when we were ready to purchase he was there to start the process. Checkout was quick and then we drove over to the warehouse door and received our merchandise within minutes. We found a nice rug for my daughter's nursery at a very reasonable price.

We had a great experience with Amir. He was so friendly and patient. He was never pushy, which we appreciated. When we checked out at the back the customer service representative was kind and worked with us on a delivery date. Overall we had a great experience.

This place has a bunch of different things to make your home more festive. Prices are like hobby lobby. I wouldn't say over priced but still on the higher end. Everything we have bought from here seems to last a awhile as well. Can get s uper busy and the aisles are kind of small but if yoy can't find something foe the home here we'll I don't k ow where else you'd look.

This store never disappoints. There is always a sale or clearance within various parts of the store. They also have aisle and aisles of anything home related. I recommend this store as one of the first options to shop at for all your indoor and patio needs.
